create/delete new note problem, menu of the rigth mouse key is same with my browser even in app. #259

1. there is no fast button to create or delete a note, it's good to build a button just like "new create note book" button on main page of app.

2. no menu of the right mouse key that designed for app.

3. the app works slowly, when I open multiple tab or window.
