[Bug]: 升级到 7.22 后 ，win10 程序无法启动，Unknown Hard Error

7.22.2或7.22.3双击程序无法启动
没有窗口，没有图标，后台也没有进程。

win10系统 有安装.NET5\6\8\10
v2ray7.17.3能够正常启动
杀毒软件已关闭，路径无中文，试过用管理员启动

v7.22 使用 .NET 10.0，发布的版本是不需要运行时的。
你们试一试 desktop 版本，如果不行，那应该是 .NET 10.0 自身的问题；暂时回到上一个版本 v7.21.x

v7.22的desktop和普通版本都试过，都打不开。v7.21.3可以正常运行。
