How to save the popped-up video in high quality?

I'd like to insert a piece clip of 3B1B's video in my project (and will cite properly). After some modifications, I successfully ran the GitHub file. However, the saved file has a different quality from the video in the window that popped up after the terminal run command. Attached please see the pictures. Could anyone help me figure out the reason and show me how to improve the quality of the saved video? Your help is much appreciated. I am using Mac.

As mentioned in README.md file currently 2 versions are being maintained & based on version you're using, for higher quality video following ways are available

Take a look at custom_config.yml for further configuration. To add your customization, you can either edit this file, or add another file by the same name "custom_config.yml" to whatever directory you are running manim from. For example this is the one for 3blue1brown videos. There you can specify where videos should be output to, where manim should look for image files and sounds you want to read in, and other defaults regarding style and video quality.
