App published in the Microsoft Store for 5$

Hi, I'm here just to report that the app has been published by a certain "EliasFinnng" for 5$ on the Microsoft Store, I don't know if you're aware of this or it's a scam. Here's a photo and the link

IPTVnator has always been and remains a free open source application.
Does anyone know what is the shortest way to report this issue in Microsoft Store? On a quick look at the page I couldn't find the link...
