[BUG] [app] Disabled state of flat preset toggle does not auto update when toggling generator dropdown

Describe the bug
In the general tab of the edit config screen, the disabled state of the Allow For Changing Flat World Preset toggle does not automatically update whenever the Add Generator Type Dropdown toggle is toggled.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the edit page for a config
2. Click on the general tab
3. Click on the Add Generator Type Dropdown option
4. See that the Allow For Changing Flat World Preset toggle does not get grayed out (or un-grayed out if the Add Generator Type Dropdown was already disabled when you opened the edit config screen.

Expected behavior
The Allow For Changing Flat World Preset toggle should be automatically grayed out when the Add Generator Type Dropdown toggle is disabled, and un-grayed out when the toggle is enabled.

Additional context
The disabled state is updated when switching to the raw config tab and back, but not when switching to any other tab and back.
