Anyone can add their voice by sharing creative content such as poetry, inspirational quotes, photos, videos, song lyrics and messages of support in a safe, moderated space.

<h2>National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI)</h2>

<a href="https://www.nami.org/Home">NAMI</a> is a nationwide grassroots advocacy group, representing families and people affected by mental disorders in the United States, and providing psychoeducation, research, and support for people and their families impacted by mental illness through various public education and awareness activities. NAMI is based out of Arlington, VA, and has over 1,000 state and local chapters, all operating mainly with the work of volunteers. Members of NAMI are typically consumers of mental health services, their family members, and mental health professionals.

<a href="MentalHealth.gov">MentalHealth.gov</a> is a federal website that is a good source of information on mental health issues and concerns. Information is available in both English and Spanish, and covers topics such as: local and national organizations providing information and support related to mental health concerns for teens, young adults, families, and educators; an online community (OK2TALK) for teens and young adults; specific disorders, such as eating disorders; and mental health and health insurance.
