Remove rose/cylc content from Run ACCESS-CM2 page

Description

Remove the rose/cylc content from the Run ACCESS-CM2 page, since that information is now duplicated in the Run models using Rose/Cylc page.

• following amos26 this may require more thought as its confusing for new users jumping between pages

• ideas could be to have rose/cylc pages that can then be embedded into the model pages

• thoughts about the purpose of the pages? - these are content/information pages then different pages for tutorials. tutorial pages can be used for new users to step through

• create tutorial pages, like pyISSM is in a single page run through for specific configuration

• overall structure - with config docs and payu pages for detail and more information

• should run-a-model pages be made like tutorials. have static tutorial pages such as AMOS26 with is used and then not updated. are tutorials just from events?

• config docs will have some up-to-date 'how-to' guides and tutorials, and run-a-model pages should be more generic?

• link to w21c rose/cylc pages? - or the opinion not to as unsure how long the pages will remain. but content is still relevant. - assess these pages and review content

• can make similar to AM3, can put more effort into CM3 when that gets up and worked on

• animations in CM2 shift to rose/cylc page
