Add executables to the PATH at package level.

Hi RAM3 devs,

I'm not sure if this is the correct repo to raise this, but I thought I would let you know of this functionality:

ACCESS-NRI/access-spack-packages#265

I believe you currently have the executables on a hard-coded path - this should avoid that.
