The rAM3 build configuration includes some changesets, which I'm not sure is included in the UKMO's UM repository yet. They are definitely not included in the ACCESS-NRI version of UM.
We need to pull these changes to our Github repository, in whatever form this repository comes, before we can build from Github. This means creating a new branch which contains all 3 of the mentioned changesets.
