Feat: Ai image generation/locally-offline

AI IMAGE GENERATION/OFFLINE

me and @ParagGhatage has agreed to make this happen locally where we would train a model and fine tune so that this feature is easily run offline
we are mid way there where frontend and backend and are pretty much ready and we are in pretty much testing and optimizing stagge

For BACKEND we are in the testing and optimizing stage have a look
@ParagGhatage is optiminzg and testing throughly so that this model could easily work offline
