[GOOD FIRST ISSUE]: Improve card typography consistency and reduce unnecessary spacing

Context

The project cards currently have a few UI inconsistencies.

Issues observed:

• Card headings are not bold enough compared to the rest of the site's typography.
• The "Know more" button font differs from the typography used across the website.
• The card height creates excessive empty spacing and makes the layout less compact.

These changes aim to improve visual consistency and overall UI balance.

• Increase the font weight of card headings
• Update the "Know more" button typography to align with the site's theme
• Reduce excessive card height and unnecessary spacing
• Maintain consistency with the existing UI design system
