Delete files from disk

We already have the delete button and confirmation dialog.

Impement one of these:
- simple unsafe removal (delete forever)
- safe removal (move the image to garbage bin)

For safe removal:
- can it be implemented in consistent way for Windows, Linux and macOS?
- we can modify the confirmation dialog to allow both safe and unsafe removal
