Complete refactoring with best practices

After #90 we have pointed out these issues to complete:

• Refactor EditViewModel #92
• Extract different modes of operation as separate EditingMode classes #93
• Refactor EditViewModel using EditingState #94
• Implement Parcelable for ImageDefaults #95

Crash:

• org.koin.core.error.NoBeanDefFoundException #96

Also this commit mentions that CI/CD needs to be fixed:

Finally:

• ensure all FIXME and TODO are resolved, remove them from the code
