Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Add support for deramp step to time series notebook.

When I turn the option on, the notebook does not run that step. Even if it did, the updated timeseries filenames containing ramp are not provided as inputs to following steps.

Describe the solution you'd like
A clear and concise description of what you want to happen.

Include a cell that checks if the "deramp" options are set. If so, run the deramp step and handle the updated timeseries filename when running subsequent steps.

Describe alternatives you've considered
A clear and concise description of any alternative solutions or features you've considered.

Additional context
Add any other context or screenshots about the feature request here.

The notebook should include annotation explaining when not to deramp. The deramp step identifies the existence of a phase ramp in each acquisition and removes it if found. Phase ramps can have a number of causes like orbit error, atmospheric delay, etc... The scale of a ramp is similar to that of long spatial wavelength deformation signals, and a true deformation signal could be mistakenly categorized as a ramp and removed.
