errata parser return "--- []"

When we clone git and follow the instructions, we get a lot of errors. It's interesting that no issues have been opened regarding this issue. When generating the errata_ubuntu.json and errata_debian.json files, their content becomes "--- []", I think due to matching issues. Can you tell me if this Git version is working properly?

Using errata_parser.rb works:

mkdir errata
bundle exec ./errata_parser.rb --debian errata  --ubuntu errata --config default_config.json

The default_config.json must be adapted though since in the meantime buster was moved to archive.debian.org.

I must admit that README.md does not document this and it is only "documented" in the Dockerfile.

The gen_errata.rb script is mainly used to re-record test-data nowadays. While live-data is mainly generated using the built docker-container.
