cannot build xalan on Windows

Can you please help. Build xerces success

You need the ICU component, and it needs a path set IIRC it comes from IBM. You can get the path from the original Apache XERCES/XALAN documentation :- https://xml.apache.org/xalan-c/ there’s another version on gihub using cmake that you may prefer to use. :- https://apache.github.io/xalan-c
