needs to be updated to

wget -O singularity-geospatial-r_latest.sif https://github.com/AdamWilsonLab/singularity-geospatial-r/releases/download/0.0.4/AdamWilsonLab-singularity-geospatial-r.latest.sif

Note the version number "0.0.4"
