[Bug] [High] ETH & ERC20 tx details don't have block & confirmations

Summary

Existed and new ETH & ERC20 tx details don't have block & confirmations. They are all show as Failed.

Steps to reproduce

What steps lead to the bug?

1. Log in the app
2. Go to ETH ⟶ Transaction list
3. Pick any transaction, dive in it's details

Expected behavior

Valid transactions have block & confirmations, and correct status.

Actual behavior

Tx has no block, no confirmations, and it's status is failed.
