Query Log by client and response

Currently, the query log does not allow query filter by client. So, if I type ads.xxx in search field, it will show all logs match up this search. But, it will be more useful if I can filter it with client ip and time.

Suggestion for search string:
client="10.0.0.x" time=-10m ads_url.
