Release notes for 6.17 incorrectly lists issues fixed in 6.16

There is quite some overlap of https://github.com/Adobe-Consulting-Services/acs-aem-commons/releases/tag/acs-aem-commons-6.17.0 and https://github.com/Adobe-Consulting-Services/acs-aem-commons/releases/tag/acs-aem-commons-6.16.0.

The ones being fixed in 6.16.0 shouldn't be mentioned again in 6.17.0
