I've had two customers this month who have inadvertently linked their Marketo instance to the wrong Salesforce Instance because of the nature of the Oauth Process.
I have been recommending one of two items
Ensure you perform this action from a PRIVATE or INCOGNITO browser
Ensure you are COMPLETELY logged out of Salesforce in ALL browsers and ALL browser tabs before proceeding.
