Fix compatibility issues with browsers other than FF & Edge

Investigation shows that on ie I receive several poly fill missing errors and nothing loads

For Chrome requests work but the labels and colours on the network map do not work alongside bootstrap alerts not displaying

Works just fine on edge and firefox
