Maven repositories are password protected

@SimonIT I've given this some thought: Myself and @michaelwiles have since moved on and don't have control over those any longer. From the look of things, PR merges and release cuts has to go through @clintonbosch.

It would be cool if the identity of the project could remain, but activity on the project for merging PRs has slowed down.

Speaking for myself, I currently don't have time to invest in this project as it's not currently in my current toolset and I have not kept up to date with WordPress development for some time. But because there are still changes incoming and PRs created, I think it shows that it's still fulfilling needs and it would be great if there are other contributors that could drive the project.

If previous collaborators would like to join in on conversation then some traction/direction could be established.
