It would probably be a good idea to display the pack name, repo, version info, etc. in the footer of pages that are imported so people are aware where they came from - there is a note in the edit history that they were imported, but e.g. if some users want to have a policy like "don't edit the imported pages" it is important that they can be aware which pages are imported or not.

We should be able to do this with page metadata and render hooks, it would be a bad idea to directly embed that info into the page source text itself.
