Feature: option to not sync (down or up) drafts to cloud / Bug: multi computer cloud draft #486

Description

@Fran-Rg

The following scenario can easily happen:

  1. Have 2 computers, A and B, with web telegram open
  2. Write a long message on A and keep it in draft (don't send it)
  3. B should soon enough also show the message in draft
  4. Delete the message on A (not sent)
  5. In some cases the message is still in draft on B
  6. B re-syncs to cloud draft and A suddenly gets the message poping up in draft
  7. -> The annoying bug: on A side the message input often gets overwritten with the same message over and over (even if you are writting something else or deleted the draft message)
  8. "Clear cloud draft" doesn't solve the problem as B still has the message in draft and after clearing the cloud draft B will re-sync and re-populate from draft to cloud draft

Only option is to open web telegram on B and clear the draft (and close the window to avoid repeating the problem)

I REALLY don't care that my few telegram clients are synced with their drafts. I never write a message on one client to finish it on another client. In my opinion, this feature is useless. If it's not simple to fix the bug can we get workarounds via settings?

This bug has been around for years now
