GGPS does not seem to be documented anywhere... and we can't ask Jim about it. :( No idea what this feature is/was or the application it was used for.
GGPS does not seem to be implemented in hardware. It is only applicable to the VOTER (not the RTCM).
It looks like it needs to use IO Expander Pin 5, but that doesn’t do anything, per the schematic. Therefore, all the GGPS-related code should be removed to clean up the source.
It LOOKS like it talks to a GPS locally, but doesn’t synchronize with the host, or something? It keeps track of time, and reboots every week. Maybe this was the original code that was superseded?
