[Project Suggestion] Add cvx.on() voltage to config

Project Suggestion

For users with setups that are more picky than a lot of Eurorack modules, for example semi-modular equipment, it would be nice to be able to set the voltage that is produced when cvx.on() is called. The default is 5V, but lots of equipment requires 7-8V, and as long as scripts use cvx.on() for gates and triggers, this config change should immediately make them all compatible with this kind of equipment.
