Newest version of scikit-image (0.20.0) causes error while running MO() #88
Description
Running MO() from aicssegmentation.core.MO_threshold causes an error with the newest version of scikit-image (see screenshot). The error originates from skimage.morphology.remove_small_objects(). The 'in_place' kwarg seems to have been deprecated in the latest v0.20.0.
