Generated OME-TIFFs must be saved with relevant embedded microscopy metadata #24

Description
Alignment output is saved as an OME-TIFF, but there is no effort to ensure that the embedded metadata contained within the source microscopy imagery is copied into the OME-TIFF.
This needs to be audited and fixed.

Expected Behavior
What did you expect to happen instead?
All? Some? Most? embedded metadata from source image needs to be saved within the aligned output. Doubtful anyone can provide a complete list of what needs to be present, but, this needs to be best-effort.
