Use Case

Leadership has indicated we want to emphasize our plasmids.

Details

To do so, I've added an "Obtain Plasmid" button on the main table. This is to replace the "Certificate of Analysis" button on the disease cell catalog. The plasmid icon design is custom. The SVG for it is attached.
