Cell line subpage data: migrate PDFs from catalog 2.0 for tabs

Use Case

The data for subpage tabs protocols, supplementary information and STR analysis are mostly PDFs. We can move the existing PDFs in catalog 1.0 over.

Acceptance Criteria

Please describe how you know this is done
Write python script to look for the data in cell_line_catalog.json and add to each cell line.
