What needs to happen?

this is a running list for smaller mismatches, errors, or unclear data that aren't large enough for a single ticket.
we can keep it updated and use it as a discussion point in WG meetings.

For scientists

questions and data entires that need to confirm with the science team

high priority:

• missing data for normal cell lines Fill in missing data on main table #316
  • note 10/28/25: still waiting on donor_plasmid links for 102, 120 and 126. Ruge has messaged the data entry person to follow up
  • related sub-issues for plasmid link display in multi-edited lines: update admin page to support entering a donor_plasmid link for each gene edit when applicable #350, ux pattern for displaying multiple plasmid links on multi-edit lines in the main table #351, ux pattern for subpage button #352
• causing rendering issue in genomic characterization tab: confirm the correct karyotype images for AICS-78-79, 82-1 and 88-83, current value example:
