Return to Original Cell Catalog from DCC

Our DCC should have a similar ability to switch back to the original cell catalog at the top of the page (see image from DCC below). It should read "Looking for a line without a disease mutation? Check out the Allen Cell Collection"

@TravisKroeker Hey Travis, the screenshot shows my WIP after adding the “Check out the Allen Cell Collection” link in disease catalog. I noticed that the Allen Cell Collection link in the first text block still points to the old catalog.
Just want to confirm: should it continue pointing to the old catalog, or should we update/reword the section so there’s only one link that goes to the new original catalog?

@rugeli please update the link to point to the new original catalog. I didn't have the link when I created this page originally. All of the user facing text can stay the same. Thank you!
