From the note in #316, the following lines link to the Allen Institute generic plasmid page on AddGene rather than the plasmid specific to that line.

Acceptance Criteria

• update admin page to support entering a donor_plasmid link for each gene edit when applicable
• implement a ux pattern for displaying multiple plasmid links on multi-edit lines in the main table (and also on the subpage maybe?)
