Use Case

Allow users to upload their own recipe files and run a packing from the cellpack studio UI

Acceptance Criteria

• button allowing users to browse their local file system to select a recipe file
• display recipe JSON in cellpack studio (no editable fields)
• allow user to run packing (send recipe to server with some checks)
• if packing is successful, display result simularium file and allow user to download outputs
• if packing fails, display meaningful error messaging
