Add ability to add images into project

For some datasets we have imaging data, typically in the form of .tif files that accompanies the AA outputs. This would be seen on a separate page, linked from the project page.

For a project, can we create a image gallery page like below, and enable users to download the entire dataset. This example has sample + FISH probed gene and a representative thumbnail is shown.

These examples are derived from this FigShare example.

Within a "sample", the full gallery can be viewed and downloaded:

User-provided tar and individual unzipped image go to S3.

Can put this into the UUID for the project.

Multiple images per "directory". Cannot assume an exact directory structure.

"Cytogenetics project" vs. AmpRepo project. An AmpRepo project can be linked to a Cytogenetics project.

Cytogenetics project will have some text description provided by user, as well as the archive - which is displayed as file structure and gallery of images.

When building, leave an option open to create an integration between the image "portal" and samples from Amplicon-side. May want to later render the sample view alongside the image browser for reference. May also consider functionality for the corollary - from Amplicon-side, can we display an image browser.
