[Feature] Add Music Analytics Dashboard using Streamlit

📌 Description:
As a GSSoC'25 contributor, I would like to add a new feature: a Music Analytics Dashboard using Streamlit that visualizes trends from the local music.db SQLite database.

This dashboard will help users gain insights into their song collection, such as top genres, most frequent artists, and (optionally) song addition trends over time.

🚀 Feature Details:
The dashboard will include the following:
📊 Pie chart for genre distribution
📈 Bar chart for top 10 artists
📆 Time-series chart (if timestamp is available)
🧮 Real-time visualization powered by Plotly, Pandas, and SQLite
