For now the prebuilt dawn binaries are OSX and linux only, with a Windows PR in the works at #16

It might be possible to do a build with dawn from scratch with termux (see the libgpu-cmake target), but my guess is there'll be a hitch. If anyone wants to take stab let us know how it goes.

After the launch announcement this is something we can revisit if enough people are interested in on-device android coding.

It there any progress on that? Will it support windows in the future?
