Guide button is not detected without GameBar

I have Windows 10 21H1 without GameBar or some other xbox services that work with the Guide button. .
The Guide button is not detected without the GameBar app, which I don't need.
Another similar program reWASD - detects the Guide button successfully.
So I think this app can also detect the button without GameBar.
Is there any way to add this functionality?

My Guide button number is 07. How can I set it?
