SFML broken on Resolute

SFML does not work on Resolute; attempting to compile with options enabling it will fail the build

Issue details

Versions have changed

It starts off failing to compile as it requires C++-17 which ArduPilot doesn't use.

Apparently if you get around that problem you discover that the API has changed, too! (@alccrl)

Hi @peterbarker, I'd like to take a shot at fixing this. Before I start, a couple of questions: first what version of SFML ships with Resolute? That'll help pin down exactly which API changes need to be handled.
second is there a preferred approach for the compatibility layer ,version detection at configure time, or #ifdef guards in the source files?
