Does it happen repeatedly or occasionally? I noticed that calling My solution/workaround was to call |

@dergreg Repeatedly. It's like the Daikin heat snaps back to 50c each time. Thanks! I'll try calling climate.set_temperature twice and see how it goes. If that fails, my next step is to change tactic and try amending the eco and comfort values to affect the schedule. |

I've got my P1P2 unit connected to a Daikin Altherma 3M ASHP, and can see all the data OK. Control is turned on.
I've removed any conflicting Daikin Indoor unit settings, so, in theory, Home Assistant shouldn't conflict with Daikin settings.
I'm trying to program my DHW to heat only overnight, during my Octopus Energy Go cheap rate tariff - 0030 to 0530.
But despite the automation below, the Daikin stubbornly refuses to do anything but heat to 50c whenever it chooses.
The Indoor unit is set to 35c Comfort and 30c Eco for DHW.
Can anybody suggest where I might be going wrong?
