MICADO FITS Headers update

The following changes are requested after review with Ric:

1. EXTNAME: Should be DETi.IMG instead of DETi.DATA
2. IMAGING mode WCS:

• CTYPE1/2: RA---TAN
• CRVAL1: 0..360.0 RA [deg]
• CRVAL2: -90..90.0 DEC [deg]
• CDx_x: [deg] to 9 decimal places
• CUNIT1/2: deg

3. SPEC mode WCS:

• CTYPE1/2: LINEAR?
• CRVAL1: FPA x [deg]
• CRVAL2: FPA y [deg]
• CDx_x: [deg] to 9 decimal places
• CUNIT1/2: deg

E.g.

- ext_type: ImageHDU
  keywords:
    INHERIT: "T"

I do not recall what the "as required by ESO" refers to (I must have written that). It must be referring to the requirement that the EXTNAME is unique, and thus must have a reference to the detector number in there. I think that the proposed DETi.IMG is fine.

The choice for § as a placeholder was intentional because it is not allowed in a FITS header. So something will complain if it is in to replaced properly. This choice might have been unfortunate.

Ultimately, all of the keywords should be defined through the IRDB, because they will differ per instrument.

I think so, too. Feel free to assign me, the MICADO configuration needs a bit more of an overhaul anyway.
