Unfortunately we haven't released this code because it uses some proprietary libraries to generate the data.

Actually I may have read your question wrong. The preprocessed data is simply the cache used in the base dataset class. Without a cache the dataset class will convert the full dataset into the preprocessed data and store it as cache. See the cache code in:
datasets/joint_base_dataset.py

I still don't quite understand. The problem I'm facing now is: I now have two .stp files of my own entities. I don't know how to convert these two files into test.pickle files like the one you gave, and then use them for testing on the network.
