At the moment, when a new web form is submitted for a contact that already exists in the CRM, the "comments" field gets overwritten with the new input. This results in the loss of any previously stored notes or observations, which are often valuable for follow-up and customer history tracking.

We would like to propose a feature enhancement where, instead of replacing the existing content, the new comment is appended—either directly in the same field (keeping a chronological log) or stored in the contact's activity log/history. This would ensure we retain a complete record of interactions submitted via automated forms.
