Feature request: Config support for Fabric version of mod

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The wiki references that there are some configurable options of this mod, including for the Netherite-Diamond tier of armor to have the same effects as all the previous tiers combined (for example, Netherite-Gold making Piglins passive, or Netherite-Emerald making Endermen passive). The Forge/NeoForge versions of the mod have this, but Fabric does not.

Describe the solution you'd like
I would love to see the Fabric version of the mod gain this configuration ability, for two reasons: first, it would bring the Fabric version to feature parity with the Forge-based versions, and second, it would offer more variety in how the user interacts with the mod.

Unfortunately the Fabric version of Advanced Netherite does not come with a config file. This is due to the fact that there's no standardised config system on Fabric, unlike with Forge and NeoForge. As of writing there also aren't any config mods available on Fabric that would meet the requirements for Advanced Netherite.

I completely understand that Fabric users would like a config as well, but unless Fabric starts shipping with a standardised system by default, I'm not going to implement this as it would be yet another headache in maintaining the mod with my already limited spare time.

The configuration of the armor perks is however still possible through item tags. This includes Fabric as well.
