Toggle Touches on/off during recording

The problem
Currently, I have to stop the recording to toggle Touch visibility off or on. This is a problem when I want to showcase an interaction with our app that requires typing something on the on-screen keyboard. It's too distracting to have the (in my case yellow) touches flare up every time I hit a key on that keyboard (which already animates). I only use the touches to show which UI elements to tap in the app to get around or bring up menus/pop-ups/screens.

Let me toggle Touches off/on during a recording.

Describe alternatives you've considered
I don't see any alternatives, sorry. Right now, I stop one recording, change the setting, start the recording, stop the recording again to change the setting back, start the recording ... and then I have to puzzle these recording together after the fact, instead of just trimming within one longer recording.

@ccJulia dang, never thought about this! It would be even better if RocketSim detects keyword input and hides touches for those moments. I'll think this through
