missing 'sudo' at start of command

Hi. You need to prepend "sudo " to the start of lines :

• "bash Anaconda3-4.0.0-Linux-x86_64.sh -b -p /mnt/bin/anaconda3"
• "/mnt/bin/anaconda3/bin/pip install $TF_BINARY_URL"
