FIX: Match CITATION.cff title and author list to the JOSS manuscript

JOSS requires the archived release to carry the same title and author
list as the paper, and Zenodo builds that metadata from CITATION.cff.
Two fields did not match:

- The title was the bare crate name. The manuscript title is
  "Peroxide: A Batteries-Included Numerical Computing Library for Rust".
- The author list carried a trailing "Peroxide contributors" entity
  entry, giving the archive nine creators against the manuscript's
  eight.

The paper's Acknowledgements section already credits past and present
contributors, so dropping the entity entry loses no attribution.

Reported by the handling editor on openjournals/joss-reviews#10366. The
already-published v0.43.1 archive record was corrected by hand; this
keeps future releases aligned.
