Expanding script to cover systemd-bootd installation possible?

Younger (I think 2 years) EOS installations use systemd-bootd by default.

Would it be possible to expand the script to cover this as well?

I probably can but I don't have a eos machine with systemd-bootd installed.

I might spin up a VM with eos to see if I can get it to work with systemd sometime. Otherwise you're happy to contribute a PR with this feature if you'd like.

I know I'm quite late to this issue but I'll try and make a PR if I succeed, it's a script I need anyway.
