Azure Speech error: Failed to initialize platform #340

When attempting to synthesize text I receive an error.

Example command:

ai speech synthesize --text "hello"

Error:

ERROR: Runtime error: Failed to initialize platform (azure-c-shared). Error: 2176

It appears this is related to a Speech SDK issue which has now been resolved in v1.40.* of the package.
